EMS Vision
El Dorado Middle School envisions a future where every student is empowered with necessary life skills. We strive to nurture personal growth so that our students become capable, confident individuals who contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Goal 1: Engagement
Strengthen school–community connections by expanding communication and participation opportunities for stakeholders not currently engaged through ParentSquare or traditional school events.
Goal 2: Student Skills
Equip all students with academic, technical, and interpersonal skills for post-secondary readiness through a supportive school climate and structured instructional practices.
Action Plan:
Implement common planning time, expand CTE awareness, strengthen SIT/BIT processes, and integrate climate-building activities.
Goal 3: Relationships
Foster positive relationships among students, staff, families, and the wider community to create a culture of belonging and pride.
Action Plan:
Offer social skills class, host cultural events, coordinate HS coach visits, and expand student ambassador programs.
