August is officially here and we are eager to welcome back our students! The Board of Education has approved a staggered start for USD 490 Kindergartners this year so they can acclimate to their school, its staff, and procedures while in a smaller class size on their first day.
Students with a last name beginning with A-M will attend on Wednesday, August 11.
Students with a last name beginning with N-Z will attend on Thursday, August 12.
All Kindergarten students will attend on Friday, August 13, and continue to come to school each school day after that.
Back-to-School mailings with more details will be sent out on August 6. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's school office.
