The El Dorado High School track team had several members place and two set personal records at the state meet in Wichita on May 29 and 30, 2026.
Kenyin Hole- 11th place and PR (15.63) in 110 high hurdles
Brooke Ewy– 11th place (5’0) in high jump
Alex Mitchel- 14th place (42.95) in 300 IH
Boys relay team of Alex Mitchel, Peyton Wight, Kael Morrison, and Owen Goodrich– 14th place and PR (44.49) in 4 x 100
Peyton Wight– 15th place (41-1.75) in triple jump
The regional track meet took place in Buhler on May 21, 2026.
State Qualifiers:

The El Dorado High School track team competed at the AVCTL invitational in Rose Hill on May 15, 2026, where several athletes placed and one tied a school record.
Brook Ewy- 3d in high jump with a PR at 5’ 2” (tied school record from 1977)
Kelci Stewart- 4th in discus with a PR of 114’ 9”
Brody Todd- 4th in 800 meter with a PR at 2:12
Annabelle Chastain- 4th in 1600 meter at 6:21
Boys 4 x 100 meter – 4th at 45.46
Boys 4 x 400 meter- 4th with a PR at 3:34
Owen Goodrich- 4th in 400 meter with a PR at 52.97
Peyton Wight- 5th in triple jump at 40’
Kenyin Hole- 5th in 110 meter hurdles at 16.12
