Orchestra
The Patriot League Orchestra Festival was hosted by El Dorado Middle School at the Performing Arts Center on Feb. 25, 2026. The EMS seventh/eighth grade orchestra earned a 1-Outstanding rating.
Band
The Patriot League Band Festival took place in Haysville on Mar. 4, 2026. The El Dorado Middle School seventh/eighth grade band received a 1-Outstanding rating.
“Their hard work, dedication, and musical growth were on full display,” EMS Band Director Brad Boone said. “Congratulations to these talented students for their commitment and teamwork, and thank you to everyone who supports our band program. We are incredibly proud of this achievement.”
Vocal Music
The Patriot League Vocal Music Festival took place at Newman University on Mar. 11, 2026. The El Dorado Middle School seventh/eighth grade choir earned a 2-Excellent rating.
“I am super proud of our kids,” Vocal Music Director Katie Banks-Todd said. “Our big choir did the best they have ever done on their songs. Our soloists and ensembles were great too! I am just so proud of their hard work!”
The EMS seventh grade boys ensemble earned a 1-Outstanding rating. Ensemble members included: Konner McClelland, Josh Moore, Kevin Odle, Gabe Segovia, and Ben Todd.
The EMS seventh/eighth grade girls ensemble received a 2-Excellent rating. Ensemble members included: Jaylynn Boyle, Karissa Chastain, Janice Diver, Laykin Ehrlich, Karsynn Hasting, Savanna Johnson, Kloe Jordan, Shiya Kuker, Riley Lane, Brynn McGrew, Nikita Mitchell, Adonai Pond, Abby Remsberg, Missy Reynolds, Zoey Shaw, Kentlea Soper, Sophia Spear, Brooke Taliaferro, Audriana Villa, and Ellea Vogt.
Soloists who received a 1-Outstanding rating included: Gabe Segovia, Kentlea Soper, and Ellea Vogt.
Soloists who received a 2-Excellent rating included: Jaylynn Boyle, Natalie Carter, Karissa Chastain, Janice Diver, Shiya Kuker, Riley Lane, Missy Reynolds, Zoey Shaw, and Sophia Spear.
