Skelly Elementary celebrated a major success this week during its annual Math and Reading Family Night, drawing an impressive turnout and unprecedented community support. More than 125 families came to the event with over 400 in attendance, making it one of the school’s largest family engagements in recent years.

The evening featured hands-on academic activities provided by 17 community partners, who brought interactive reading, science, art and math experiences for students of all ages. Their participation helped transform the school into a vibrant, collaborative learning space.

In addition to the academic activities, the school also held its largest food drive ever, with families and community members donating generously to support local needs.

School leaders expressed gratitude to all who contributed to the event’s success, emphasizing that strong community partnerships continue to enrich learning opportunities for students at Skelly Elementary.
