The El Dorado High School Powerlifting team competed at the state tournament in Wellington on Mar. 7, 2026. Three students placed third overall in their respective weight classes.
Alawna Herrman competed in women’s 123 weight class. She placed first in bench, third in clean, and third overall.
Kyndall Johnson competed in men’s 123 weight class. He placed second in bench, second in clean, third in squat and third overall.
Landon Bright competed in men’s 220 weight class. He placed fourth in the individual events, but third overall.
Hunter Conrad competed in men's 173 weight class. He placed second in clean with a lift of 265.
