Action Plan:

Instructional teams will collaborate to align curriculum, review assessment data, and refine instructional strategies to meet student needs.
Intervention systems will be based on assessment and FastBridge data.
Teachers will receive annual training on accommodations vs. interventions, SIT process and expectations, and use of the new ION platform as well as additional data dig and instructional planning supports from Instructional Coaches.
Special Education staff will implement Heggerty (K-2) and Kilpatrick (3-5) lessons to build foundational phonemic awareness skills.
