Built in 2012, Skelly Elementary is located in the southwestern part of El Dorado and serves families who reside south of Central Avenue and east of Haverhill Road.

The school offers PreK and Early Childhood through fifth grade and has the capacity to accommodate up to 420 students. Their mascot is the panther and school colors are blue and white.
